The IB Diploma Programme is a globally recognized two-year academic upper secondary educational programme. IB Diploma graduates are sought out by universities worldwide. It forms an excellent foundation for further university education in Sweden and abroad.
The IB Diploma mission is to provide students with a basis to continue successfully in life, to achieve their best in whatever they choose to do. GYMNASIE CURRICULUM (teaching language English)
MYP 5 (ÅK 1): This year is spent developing the skills and knowledge required to be sucessful in the two year IB Diploma Programme with a focus on English as an academic language
DP 1 AND DP 2 (ÅK 2–3): The two year programme is an academically challenging and balanced one. It leads to an IB Diploma which is recognized as an indicator of academic excellence and is accepted by universities and other higher educational institutions worldwide.
WHO CAN APPLY TO STUDY THE IB-DIPLOMA PROGRAMME (INCLUDING MYP5): The school is open to all students who have completed Grade 9 in Sweden or have similar qualifications from another country. Your grades from '9th grade' combined with entrance tests in Mathematics and English along with an interview, are the entrance requirements.
AFTER IB: The school has an excellent college placement service, resulting in many students continuing to further their education in Sweden and abroad.
